I like swimming in pools the best. The waters cleaner, and since I accidentally got a mouth full of salt water one day and puked for like 45 minutes, I cannot swim in the ocean anymore.

gameface138 : We have a pool in our neighborhood… in my case I know because of my disability that swimming is actually the best exercise for me. My problem is I have lack of motivation especially when it comes to exercise. I’m hoping that I’ll be able to get myself in good shape somehow this year. It’s hard when in my case I’m usually up all night writing then sleeping by or a little after noon then back up hopefully by 7 or 8ish. The cycle repeats… that’s been my life for years, I’m hoping that eventually I’ll get myself in better shape which will only benefit me.

I usually swim at lakes most of the time. There's so much more things you can do at the lake compared to a regular pool. You can have a cookout, go fishing, water skiing/tubing. The water at the pool dries my skin out, then i end up itchy.

However I prefer going to the beach and swimming in the ocean, or just sitting in it or walking along the beach. It's a lot more interesting and fun to see the sights at the beach - The sea is vast and beautiful, being in the ocean is almost like a spiritual experience...

definatley the pool because theres always sexy girls there that go to my school and the gym i go to i know the lifeguards so its just a nice place to go ive noticed everyones alot more talkative in swimming pools and gyms unless their in the pool strictly for exercise

I would definitely just go swimming in a pool because it's the most controlled area. In everywhere else, it's not very sanitary and I'm not a strong swimmer so I'm always afraid of currents.
