I'm sorry to say this will probably not happen in a long time. Yes there is probably someone who has made a hack of these games. At the current moment the only tool there is is changing the starter Pokemon If you wish I can send you the link but there isn't much more to do hacking can be much more complicated then you think.

I would love to see a MegamanZero 3 hack with the main character being Omega Zero and him having the 7-hit combo as well as the Omega Buster shot. I also wouldn't mind having more Legend of Zelda hacks and Luigi hacks too.

I spent hours trying to change Pallet Town because I kept hitting the same glitch. Hacking the entire game could take days, weeks, months, or even years to complete it and work out the bugs depending on what you want done and how much free time the hacker has.
