Um... there is isn't one. Not that I know of. RPG Maker only makes preset games, unless you change the graphics with MS Paint or something. But you can't make a Pokemon game.

But you can Google it, and I'm sure you'll find one easily.

You can basically make a clone of a Pokemon game but that's about it with the RPG Maker programs. If you were to do it then I'd suggest VX.
