For me it would have to be mew because he is old school and very playful. Mew is also the pokemon Mewtwo fights in the 1st pokemon movie.

Well technically its Arceus for 1) Being the God of Pokemon and 2) Can be any Type using the Plates.

I'd have to say Kyogre. Due to it's ability Thunder never misses and of of 150 base Special attack is ridiculously overkill.
