There once was a boy called Ryan who lived in Pewter City he just turned 10 and wanted to start an adventure he got to pick between Bulbasaur, Charmander or Squirtle but before he picked them a boy named Adam came along from a small city inbetween Pewter and Mt Moon called Moonter Village he wa salso picking his first pokemon today aswell he was very cheeky to Ryan saying he doesent deserve to get his own pokemon. ... to be continued

Taking Adam's "advice", Ryan went sadly went home, trying to forget about Adam. However, the next day, something was horribly wrong. Once he woke up, his parents were gone. as he searched through the rest of the town, he couldn't find anyone else. Then, giving up, goes back home, just thinking everyone else went on a vacation without him. (Ryan isn't the sharpest pencil in the school box.) However, when he came home, he found 1 pokemon on a table....

It was a lvl. 14 Febass! Strange pokemon to find around this part, Ryan thought. However, that didn't stop Ryan's Chamander from scraching it to a fainted pulp. But, when the Febass only had 1 HP left, a young trainer sped right into the action and demanded Ryan to stop. The trainer claimed that the Febass was his, and then socially said that his name was Palmer, and that in Mooter Village, everyone was missing, just like in Pewter city...

As Ryan finally got to Mooter Village, he found found that the village was in an even worse condition than Pewter city. It was in ruins, and it seemed that whatever happened must have been only a little while ago. As Ryan tried to investigate what happened, he saw a boy, around his age, exiting the ruins. It was Adam, and two pokemon, a Bulbasaur and a Squirtle! As you try to follow him, Palmer suddenly comes from an ally, and requst to join you on your quest...

The mysteriose man had a big black M on the back of his red coat he dissapeard into Mt.Moon. Ryan and Adam went to get him but a man stopped him it was Brock The Pewter City Gym Leader he sed to Ryan and Palmer if they can beet brock they can go through Palmer Defetated him no Problem and his teams levels went up Ryhorn LV 22, Dratini LV 24, Espeon LV 21 and 1 more thing his egg started to split

When Palmer was done with his training, his Cydaquil was at level 22 and also evolved into a Qualava. And, Ryan and Palmer finally got to Cerulean City where they bought merchendice and to soon take on the gym leader, Misty. However, before the gym leader, Palmer suggested Ryan to get another pokemon. So Ryan got a lvl 17 Oddish on Route 25 and then trained it along with his Charmeleon. When his training was done, His Oddish evolved into a lvl 24 Gloom, and his Charmeleon was at lvl 25...

The battle resulted in Ryan, Palmer, and Misty's pokemon fainting. And, even though Ryan and Palmer lost, they still beat Misty, and got the badge. And, when they got out of the gym, they saw Adam and 3 of the mysterious M people talking to each other, and when Ryan and Palmer went to see what was up, Adam suddenly challenged Ryan to a battle, Adam's pokemon being a Ivysaur lvl. 26, Warturtle lvl. 26, and a Houndoom lvl. 27...

The battle was close, but Ryan won. (His new pokemon wasn't much of a help...) After losing, Adam stormed off with the mysterious M people and his pokemon. Now, the next destination for Ryan and Palmer was Vermillion City, but before they started thier trek, Ryan trained his Todidile to LV 27, and Palmer trained all of his pokemon + 4 Levels. Then as they began their adventure, the first thing they saw was a buch of angry and maybe aggressive rioters blocking off the underground path, and, to be safe, Ryan and Palmer had no choise but to go to Saffron City...
