When i went to try Pokemon Blue For Game Boy(which te previous night,played for hours on end) it said "Currently not working With Vizzed retro game room Plug-In",I am really sad that my efforts went to waste and was hopeing the RGR Team Could Fix them?!?

The plugin link for those games is down on those systems while the issues are being checked out.
That is why that message is there.
I cant tell you how long it will be down, but I can say that your save files should be fine at least.
