To be honest I don't play many games on those consoles, so I don't know what would be a good suggestion.

I think a good suggestion for NES would be the Castlevania games
I don't know if you mean Sega Master System or Genesis, but for the SMS, I would recommend Sonic 1 or 2 (2 is really hard), and on the Genesis, why not Vectorman?
