I think Earth is going down a bad road since everyday its either murders or disasters etc. killing many people on the news and happening around the world! And no ones when the Earth will end but I think it will probably end soon.

as for the planet earth itself i think that a lot of pollution and destruction has caused it to wither down and become sick with corruption, but, as for the people on it i think that things are going just as they normally would due to human nature being the way it is

As a planet, I think it's obvious that is dying, because only a few people really care about it.
As long as the people part, I think that good and bad people always existed and there is no big difference between 1,000 years ago and today.(That's my opinion, it doesn't mean that it's right).

But I think this thread would fit more to debate forum.

Earth is going down a bad road as a planet. Global warming, pollution, you know the deal.

As for people, it seems that their are new creative ways to kill, which people take advantage of. And sometimes people kill for the most pointless reasons.

As far as the condition of the planet goes, I'm not particularly concerned right now. We still have lots of forests and life which are capable of adapting. If it gets to the point where everything is choking to death on smog, people will feel the effects as well and work to reduce it. Nobody likes breathing that stuff in.

Nuclear war is a concern, however, with the terrorists actually WANTING to start one. But, there will still be life afterwards and things will adapt.
