Sounds like a cookie issue, your browser isnt holding the cookies properly.
This could mean cookies are turned off, or it could have something to do with the problems you mentioned in your other thread.
Go to this link- http://www.google.com/support/accounts/bin/answer.py?&answer=61416
Click on "Microsoft Internet Explorer" and read the instructions to make sure your cookies are on properly.
You might need to also add an exception for viized by adding it to your safe sites list.
