For the first question, i would use Lapras or Wailord. Lapras was seen constantly ferrying people around, and Wailord is big enough to be a submarine.

Second one, i'd make it Lanturn. That glowing light on his head will act as a bobbing light fixture to attract fishes.

For the third one, I'd make it either Persian, since it was the Banker in the Mystery Dungeon series, or Kanghaskan, since that episode with Tommy showed me how protective they are

For Number 1, I'd use a Wailord, because of how big it is.
