first of all, you need to be a trusted member or have at least 250 posts to make a custom layout (I'm almost getting there). To change your signature, go to edit profile in the upper left corner, then scroll a little down until you see "Edit layout" in green. Click on it and then you can make a signature and a post header! You can also select premade layouts.
