A few months ago, I typed a post saying, "I had missed my one chance to tell my supposed love, I loved her." Well, on the first day of school, while I was walking from the bus, I looked her she always walked, and thought I saw her. Of course I didn't believe that it was her. Then, I walk along side my cousin talking about stuff. When I heard her voice say " Hi De'Andre". My cousin ask me, " Wasn't she suppose to be gone?" I said that's what I thought. The day by, and as school dismissed, I met with a friend who had seen her to. He asked me the same question.
Today, she came and stop in front of me and said hi. My facial expression was a straight face trying not to smile. All I had to say was what. Now that I have the chance to tell her, I her think about the consquecnes. When she was suppose to be gone I wanted to, but now that I have the chance, I don't now what to do.

I do want to say though, be careful about whether or not you want to take that risk. Well, I think that as long you can tell if she doesn't have anyone in her sights, then you should be alright. If she already likes someone, then it might be a good idea to back off.
Sorry if this seemed somewhat harsh ^^;. I made the mistake of telling someone when it wasn't really the best time, and I don't want you to make the same mistake I did.

I agree with everyone else, especially about facial expression.
Just take it simple. Let her know you enjoy being with her, that you like her as a friend... and then ease into telling her something like "Y'know... actually, I like you as more than a friend." or something like that. Trust me, if done right, it will work. She'll at least respect you for it, even if she doesn't feel the same way.

I sincerely thank you all for the advice, but how you tell your best friend that. Especially, when she's just like me in so many ways, and if that's not hard enough, she smiles, and when she does I can't stop laughing. I mean she smiles at me with a stare and I can't look at her exactly. I suppose if we weren't best friends this may be easier. Either way, I can't let this chance get away. I need to get the dreadful feeling of love out of my heart, but I can't because everytime I try we meet. It's annoying. Well, I guess it might work out in the end. Thank you again for the advice.

I think it would actually be easier or better if you were. In fact, if she even goes and smiles or stares at you, then you have a pretty darn good chance . If she stares AND smiles at you at the same time for like about... say, more than 5-10 seconds, well... I think you're good to go XD haha.
