I decided that i will now start training for a sport to do, mostly because i have a lot of time on my hands and need to do something physical.

tomorrow is the swim meet, i'm really hoping i make it!
People say my freestyle is amazing, so i am currently working on the breast stroke and butter fly, and for some reason i can't relax and do the back stroke.

Well, wish me luck?

Actually, I think that the highest amount of swimming that you will be doing at once is around 200m, but you'll be doing around 900m - 1300m daily

(If you are very sure you have a good bladder) If you are in bed and it takes a while to go to sleep, make sure you go to the toilet ONLY before going to bed, once you are on, quickly go to sleep, even if you need to go (but if it is REALLY urgent, you better go).

I think the 2ed trick only works for me , but I world like to see someone else try it.
