Do you often let people borrow your possessions?

Okay, yeah maybe if it is in school and it is like a pencil, or a pen or something little like that. But other than that I don't feel the need or trust to let someone else handle my possessions, especially if I don't know them or trust them. I am more lenient with my friends about it though, and I usually let them borrow things that I know they will give back and they do. I never let people borrow important things like: video games (too expensive to loose), I never at any condition let people borrow money, I did once and I regretted it because they will lie to you and they will never pay you back, so I never lend anyone money I know they won't give back.

I borrow lots of books mostly.  And no, I haven't got some of them back since I have a really bad memory. I want to read or checkout a book,cant find it but cant for the life of me to remember who I gave it out to. Luckily I have friends too that remember better than I do to give em back.
