Well, this is a very interesting question. When I was in high school or even jr. high, we didn't have those kinds of classes. Sure we learned about what happens during puberty, but we never learned anything after that. They told us to talk with our parents. I was frightened to do that. I had a little idea of what it was when I was in 8th grade. but I didn't know full details until I was 17. I was so frightened of it. I was frightened of growing up.
I'm still a virgin because guys just don't seem to like me. I seriously have never had a boy friend or even kissed anybody yet... and I'm 20. I don't really care anymore. It's just a lot of trouble.

As for knowing about gays. I think from my childhood since my mom is very blunt about things. She use to play video games. I think I was 6 or 7 when I watched her play king's quest V and in that game there is a shop keeper with a gay lisp. That's where I first heard of it.
