My all time favorite animes include the Dragon Ball series(except GT... /shudders), Yu Yu Hakusho, and Blue Gender(weird, I know).
As for mangas I'd have to go with Bleach, Dragon Ball(even better than the anime), Deathnote, Naruto, and Trigun.
