As long as the difficulty, it depends on your skills at photoshop and coding. If you're not good at those things, I suggest you to have a glance at vizzed market(after reaching 250posts). Because some members will be willing to make you a layout for some Viz .

The layout thing is not my bag, so I disable everyones for myself. Nice concept but I think people kind go overboard with it.
