noelia : There's this stuff that I make for my boyfriend and myself that you should try. I don't know what it's called but you take two or three big cans of beef stew and dump it in a pot. Then you empty an entire container of sour cream into the beef stew. Mix it up real good and heat it till it bubbles a bit. Then pour the stuff in a pan and put biscuits in it. Put it in the oven till the biscuits are baked.

I know it sounds kind nasty, especially if you don't like beef stew or sour cream, but it is AMAZING!

i cook pretty much everyday, its healthier than buying fastfood, and in the long run its cheaper, and it gives me a chance to be creative with what i make, as far as leftovers you can always have one night a week thats just leftovers , or just cook in smaller quantitys, i dont really have that problem cuz i have a big family but yea, lol

Usually I will cook a couple of times a week, sometimes less and sometimes more depending on what I have going on that week. I love to cook and am actually quite good at it, but the reason I usually stick to the simple one pan dishes or the microwaveable stuff is that when it is just me I don't really want to go to the trouble of cooking a large meal, and then do all of the cleanup afterwards. I also could not eat all of the left-overs from a larger meal by myself so usually when I do decide to do something more involved I have to have people over or I end up giving the food away to my friends over the next couple of days.
