I have seen a few things mentioned that might help.
1. restart your internet browser
2. restart your pc
3. try unsing the plugin with another internet browser
4. use the administrator account on the PC to install the plugin

If none of that helps, post some information like what internet browsers you tried and what operating system you are using and hopefully someone will know how to help you further.

I have the same problem also. I notice it works when I'm using it at home and not at work. Can it be a firewall issue? Although, other games do work when I'm using them at work.

well, sometimes when I try something and it doesn't work it's usually because I'm doing it wrong, it works for ME so here's what I did: I downloaded the link, I went to "all programs" on my start menu, I clicked on "vizzed plugin" when it pulled up, it looked like it was going to install again, so then I intalled it. but then after a couple times I've installed it I figured out that it pulls up automaticly when you click the link to play a game with a vizzed plugin. and by the way, the phrase "sleep tight" originates back when beds had ropes below the matresses that you would occasionally have to tighten, and people would say "sleep tight" meaning: sleep with your ropes tight. I have no reason whatsoever to tell you that last fact, but I did it anyway!
