Well there is no real way to "earn" them exactly as trust points are given out by trusted members and staff to those other members they feel deserve them.
The best way is to post well, be helpful, make friends, basically be a part of the community and someone might leave some points for you.
Sometimes there are also jobs in the marketplace that you can do that if you do a really good job the member might give you points as well.

Oh, and two things you shouldnt do is ask for them or try and buy them with Viz, trying to buy them is sorta against the rules.
