I used to read a 0,5 or 1 hour before having some sleep. Because reading makes me sleepy

I am more interested in articles and newer forms of written work than books. However, I like to read but I really enjoy writing (I have for a while and it is only recently that I have loved it this much!) Lately, I've been playing Jazz on my computer to help me sleep. I make a playlist of the same couple of songs that I have fallen in love with and it soothes me.

Back on reading: I am always so amazed at how dissect-able things like a work of art or a poem can be. I swear I look at what I have made and just bask in it. I see so many rhythms and nuances and other stuff that I did not remember being there when I was making it. It's unbelievable. The sub-conscious is a beautiful thing.

I wouldn't necessarily say normally, but I go on a 2-3 month long kick here and there where I will read, like a lot, including b4 bed. Sometimes I will do it just to help me go to sleep but I find it better to use a well read book for that or sometimes the book will keep me up!
