I thought this was a familiar topic, but I suppose this is ok since that one is about a year old now.
Not sure why some people only like icecream in summer, I have it all year round!
I like a few flavours, my favourites have to be mint/mint choc chip (peppermint not spearmint, spearmint is icky), double choc chip, bubblegum and banana (when I can find it, it isnt sold many places here).

Best ice cream I've ever had was home made fresh gillatto when I was in Italy. They make the best ice cream in the world. So good. The cream is so rich. It's kind of tragic that now I have tasted of it's wonders but can never have it again unless I go to Italy.

Of Canadian ice creams I think anything with chocolate in it is good. Chocolate chip cookie dough too. Yum!
