Lucky Me! I was finally able to connect to Wi-Fi (the rowter got reset so I was able to access it because of it's default setting) and got Jirachi, and was able to use any other Wi-Fi things. -------------------- |

Are the WiFi events all regional? How exactly does it tell what region you are trying to get a event Pokemon from anyway, your IP?
I'm just wondering if the "US only" WiFi events could be accessed from Australia considering that we get even less events then you do

DarkHyren : It's probably based on IP and local servers. When you log into Mystery Gift, it'll probably link you to the server closest to your area, based on IP. Just a guess, but seeing as every update I've seen mentioning Wi-Fi events is region-specific, I'd say that's pretty much how it works.

I already have mystery gift from battle revolution, but you make a good point it probally does base off the IP.
Which is annoying you cant exactly use a proxy for mystery gift, though I suppose one could try a vpn. Another problem is I dont have WiFi, nor will I get it just for one thing. The WiFi at McDonalds never seems to work either 
Though I think that if they wont allow trading of event pokemon via the global trade thing they really should release all the event pokemon to each county.
