Well, I've never been in a relationship yet so I wouldn't really know... but I've always thought that being in a relationship sort of shows that she loves you... but then again, not really... O.o lol.
I guess, yeah it'd be normal, since I'd understand if that was never said until a month later. And actually, I'd say that's good that it was later, because that just shows how serious she is about it. If a girl says she loves you on the first day of your relationship I doubt she'd be really serious about it haha.

I think it's fairly normal. While I don't believe that after only a month you truly are "in love" yet.... you still feel strong feelings for each other and that is usually expressed with "I love you" even if you don't fully understand the depth that those feelings can or will go.

I guess it would depend on the relationship… If you’ve known the person for a long period of time and had a friendship prior to dating it’s certainly normal but if it is a relationship that started out by dating a month or so, it might be jumping the gun a bit.
