I am looking for someone to make me a good layout for my posts. That's the background, right? I am looking for a Persona 4 based one... maybe a shot of the entire cast? maybe just one of Chie's buttons? Contact me with ideas and we will dicker on the price. Just please only do it if you know what you are doing...

I can bounce some ideas around for you if you like and I'll link you to some of the layouts I've made for people as well if you like.
Oh and obviously check out this layout as I made it as well as the two others that are similar to it (the one in wiredwabbits layout thread and pennylessz's current (I think he still has it) one.
