In terms of mere power Goku is stronger. In fact, I would say that he is the strongest character of any anime that exists to day. I doubt Astro Boy do much harm. Doraemon wouldn't hurt him. Goku is pretty much invincible. As much as I love Naruto and as strong as he's gotten in the series so far, Goku is on the level of a god compared to him.
