I just thought of this as I was making myself some Malt-O-Meal blueberry muffin cereal. I noticed that I was tilting my head to the side while pouring the cereal into the bowl. It got me thinking- that's something I unconsciously do all the time. Every time I pour out cereal it always happens. I don't why I took notice of it, and I know very well there is a physiological reason behind it, but it made me curious if anybody from here has the same habit. Do any of you tilt your head to the side when pouring cereal out, or anything else for that matter?

Yes, I also tilt my head. I think it is to better view the pouring of the cereal, as the box gets in the way. I have cereal in the morning before work even though I am rarely hungry anymore. It helps me to not get cranky part-way through the day.
