Everyone that adds a background picture needs to try to keep the file size of the picture to around 20 kb. To check the size right click on the picture and click properties and look for its kb size. Just wanting to make this offical. Someone had a background that was over 300 kb(almost 400 I think).
Sorry we have to add the rule.

But if you just have a background pic just put the url of the picture in the place supplied by editing your profile. But if you want a layout to go with it. (Look at my post to see what a layout can look like) then ask John.
