I haven't ever actually coached a sport, but I am a member of the staff of the Quincy Track Club, and this is my fifth year doing it. Basically, it's "light" track for kids from 5-14 years old. It's every weeknight (except a few, like holidays and others) from when it starts (early May) to the end (in late July), 6:15-7:30. Mon-Wed the kids do some warmups, they do a short running workout (either 8 short sprints or 3 half laps), and then they go do some field events. The staff's job is to run the warmups for different age groups, and also run the field events. I don't really consider this coaching, but someone else might.

My dad coaches a pop warner football team, and sometimes I go help him, but again, I don't consider that to be coaching.
