First test, keep in mind it's just a test and that I'm still mucking around with things.
This has a plain white scrollbar that activates when there is too much text for the box.
Also I may have to recode some bits dependant on your browser, so tell me if this text box is transparent (ie you can see that picture behind the box).

Of course if you dont want it to look too much like mine then I can edit the border properties a bit more, make it thicker, thiner, non existant, make the tranparency a different color, font color, etc etc.

Purple could work depending on usage.
I'll be mucking around with this a bit more and will edit it as I see what looks good on what, but heres a test anyway.

Just kidding, I would probally say 1,500-2,000 because I'm probally not making as many layouts in this style, otherwise the board will be filled with them
