As you all know, playing games is never as fun as when you should be doing something completely different, so I came across this site while studying for my exams in asian and ancient european religions.

About me; I'm from Bosnia, though I've lived in Norway most of my life, and am currently studying religion at the University of Bergen(The kind where you just learn a lot about various religions, not the kind where you become a priest). One day I hope to become a teacher. Anyway, this seems like a great site for retro gaming, with an active forum, and I look forward to staying here!

Haha.
Are you procrastinating? I thinkkkk sooo.
Pffft.
Wow! Bosnia. I'm from the USA. T_T How is it there?
A teacher? What do you intend on teaching and who? (HighSchoolers? College kids?)

Anyways, I'm glad you are enjoying yourself here. ^^

Heeey, can you blame me for procrastinating with such a great site! Besides, I got a B, yay! However, since you were so kind to point out my slacking, I'm holding YOU, Miss Nytes, personally responsible for my lack of A.

Joking aside, Bosnia is... hmm, this is where I'm supposed to be very patriotic and point out the beauties of my home country, which certainly are present, but I'll be realistic. It's getting better every year. I still live in Norway, but spend most of my summers there, and each year the evidence of the former war are less and less present. It's completely safe for tourists, although you shouldn't expect very high standards on stuff, and not everyone'll understand English. USA, you say? In a week or so, I'm leaving for New York, and from there, all the way across to California.

Originally, my plan was to teach Norwegian and religion, but it turns out grammar isn't quite my thing, so it'll be religion (yes, it's a subject in Norway), and something else, maybe history. Also, I'm not quite sure who I'll be teaching, but it'll most likely be high schoolers or college, I'm not too good with small children.

Whhhattt?
That's not fair. It's not my fault you can't multitask. ;-; TSk..tsk..tsk..A B.
I can't be responsible for your A, because I have to make my own!
(Hehe)

I guess that's good then. I plan on going around Europe next year, can't say I'm going towards Norway though, but I wouldn't mind visiting it.
You're coming here? How fun! I know California has nice beaches, though I've never been there. Nor have I been to New York, but I know it's a busy place. Are you coming here for work or just to procrastinate more? ;P (Justkidding)

Interesting.
So I assume religion is a 'big' thing in Norway? I wouldn't know, we don't study religion here as much. :/
I see. Small children can be quite a hassle. Either way, teaching is quite complicated so good luck!

Sanshobo : yes the NES was my very first childhood prized gaming system as well! although we had an Atari 2600, but the NES just blew my mind away and everything just seemed to come into perspective in my life all of a sudden.
