Whenever I try to start a new game in Kirby 64, it shows the cutscene, and then it just goes into a black screen! THEN, it closes out my internet! What do I do!?

I haven't had as severe as what happened to you, but kirby 64 glitches a lot when I start playing it. The games graphics distort and the colors go to black, then when I get to a boss, they glitch up and I can kill them without them doing anything to attack me.
