I spent most os my time playing Sonic (classic ones) on my computer when I was young.

I also played games by Humongous Entertainment (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Humongous_Entertainment) Like "Putt putt the car" and stuff.

I still play Sonic, but if I am still playing Humongous Entrainment then you can call me "childish" or "Crazy".

In fact, I didn't play Mario untill I was 9-10, that is why I like Sonic better.

There are so many games i remember playing as a kid.. I have the scenes and images of the games in my head but i can't remember what most of them were called

Age of empires - Probably my favourite PC game as a kid, i was useless at it but always loved making the custom scenarios and making myself have a huge army

Escape from monkey island - Was really bad at solving the puzzles etc

Sim city - Just use to destroy the city with all the natural disasters

Populous the beginning - Loved this game, loved the idea of the shamans gaining better spells as you went on to each level ( the Hornet spell and earthquake spell were the best )

You are a fading dream, but one that has been touched by reality. Run, dream. Run on into the daylight. And walk into reality.

Age of Empires was by far my favourite. I still like it And I have AoE3 on my Mac.
I also went through a stage where I played Sims a heap. Only ever number 1 though.
And when I was younger there was a game I think was called Freddy Fish and I played it very rarely as a treat

In my primary school we had these old bbc computers which we could go on if we had been good. They were mostly educational games but at the time I absolutely loved them.

On our first PC it was probably the Oregon Trail... never managed to finish it as my entire wagon party always died

Anybody ever play Claw? It's a really fun game! It was for Windows 95, but it still works fine on Windows XP. I played this game when I was around 8 or 9. It was a really awesome game!

Here's a picture of this game:

Backyard sports games, like backyard football, baseball, basketball, hockey, etc... And some other games like Putt Putt saves the zoo. Yeah, the games were childish and easy... but theres something about games like that, that make them so fun... probably the simplicity.
