Hey guys. I need help for picking a flying type for my team until I get a Salamence.
I only have four badges, So thats why I only have these option until I get a Salamence.

Option #1: Zubat/Golbat/Crobat
Option #2: Skarmory
Option #3: Swablu/Altaria
Option #4: Trapinch/vibrava/Flygon


So if you guys had to pick one of these for a temporary flying pokemon which one would it be?

Probably Skarory since it has a good moveset and has only two weaknesses. But it is your call.

Just to let you know, Flygon is not a flying type, despite it's ability to learn and use fly and its wings and the word FLY in its name. (It's ground/ dragon, but it has the ability levitate, which makes all ground type moves miss, essentially making it part flying without the added weaknesses to electric, ice, and rock- it still has a four times weakness to ground however, due to its typing)
I would personally pick Flygon, its got the best stats but I wouldn't use it as a temporary Pokemon- you would only get it after level 45, by which point I think you could obtain a Bagon (I'm not sure how much you grind or not)
Skarmory is an option, just beware- its mostly defensive and better for competitive play, as its attack isn't very impressive. Still a good option, as vizwiz123 said.
Crobat is fast and hits well, but if you are playing in R/S/E (I assume you are, judging by the choices offered), it won't have much at its disposal besides its speed
Altaria? Maybe. Again, it takes a while until it evolves, and isn't as powerful as Flygon. Still alright.

Really, you can't go wrong with any of them. If you want one as a temporary member, I would say Skarmory or just wait. Unless you desperately need a flying type, there is no need to spend lots of time raising up a Pokemon that you won't need much later. If it's a matter of using Fly, just catch a random Pokemon (any on this list with the exception of Zubat and Trapinch can learn Fly) and use it as an HM slave.

Yeah I think I'll try Trapinch then evolve it all of the way into Flygon.
I will only be using it as a temporary until I get my hands on a Salamence.
