Favourite RPG Maker

 
What RPG Maker do you think is the best?
Well I'm currently trying to make a game on another forum (won't say incase it's advertising) and am using RPG Maker XP. I was wondering if I should use something different as the older RPG Makers are completely translated and there are others out there that are english anyway

Of the choices I've only actually used RPG Maker XP, and I've seen my friend use RPG Maker 2003 ONCE so I guess that still kinda leaves RPG Maker XP as the only logical choice for me lol.

I vote RPG Maker 95. That is by far the best of them all. You can pass the limit of hp and level with rpg maker XP's and VX's scripting.

My fav RPGMaker is he 2K3. Why? Because there are many many ressources in the net. More than for XP. Also the battle system is better. Go get it ;D

i have used VX,2000,2k3 and XP and my favorite would be XP because i like the graphics of it and there are some really cool scripts for it. VX isnt that bad either i just got confused with the tilesets and it was pretty limited too only around 5 or 6 tilesets but all of them could be used on the same map i also didnt like the short character sprites of VX. 2000 and 2k3 were good too but without the script feature it was pretty hard to add new features to make your game better other than that i liked it.
But over all XP wins because it had a scripting feature, good graphics and tilesets are limited to one per map but the amount of tilesets arent limited.

I have RPG Maker XP. it is amazing, i don't know why. I guess I just like the interface or something. It is a pain to import images/files one by one though, but that is not too bad. (I only own RPG Maker XP, that could be why...)
