Mr Menz Christanity didn't steal the holidays or beliefs, but the symbols weren't really stolen, like I said Constatine just sorta merged the symbols with the Christian holidays.

But nearly every Christian holiday was once a Jewish holiday. Chirstmas and Chanuakauh (probably didn't spell it right) Passover and Good Friday/ Easter. They just happened to happen around the same time of the year as the Jewish ones.
