In his armored form, Colossus possesses superhuman levels of st rength, which currently exceeds that of the Thing, as well as superhuman stamina and durability. Also, in his metal form, he isimmune to telepathy and all kinds of psionic attacks. His physical strength is currently greater than when he first joined the X-Men. He is capable of withstanding great impacts, large bullets, falling from tremendous heights, temperature extremes of hot nd cold, electricity, and certain magical attacks.

Since I couldn't vote for more than one I voted for Hulk. But I think that Colossus and Hulk would be at a stalemate. They're both uber strong and huge. The only thing that might give Colossus a slight advantage is he can control his powers better than Hulk. Hulk has to be severely ticked off before his powers will work.
