Which is better the Mega Drive Phantasy star games or the Snes Final Fantasy games?

I prefer the Phantasy Star games myself, but I have became more of a final fantasy fan over the years.

Hmm, well I havnt actually played any of the Phantasy Star games so my vote isn't exactly fair.
But I have played Final Fantasy I (Nes), II/IV (Snes), III/VI (Snes), and Mystic Quest and found those to be pretty good games so I'll pick Final Fantasy.

If you want to play a Phantasy Star play PSIV it is the best of the bunch and on par if not better than the NES and SNES FF games.

The Phantasy star games are great. If you like RPG's you have to play them.

Although I like both series a LOT I would have to chose Phantasy Star. I just feel they had more variety in story, and gameplay overall.
