The 4th installment of Shrek comes out today - Shrek Forever
I was wondering if any of you are looking forward to watching this movie in the theaters. I liked the first three and plan on going at some point in the next two weeks. Never say never when it comes to movies especially now and days you got hollywood making remakes, prequels and sequels like there is no tomorrow.
Not a fan of this Shrek, never seen it, but I do know it does very well in box office so as long as that keeps up they will probably be making more. I've seen the 2 first movies of Shrek, so why not this one.
Although, I'm not a fan of it, I think it's among the best movies of its kind.

I might see it tomorrow, if I don't pick Iron Man 2, which seems better. I enjoyed all three of the previous Shrek movies and have seen them all in theatres, so I shall not make the final one an exception.

The first Shrek was great, and even though it had the "and they lived happily ever after" ending, they came back and made Shrek 2, which was somehow even better. Shrek 3 was a bit lackluster. I'm not expecting much from Shrek 4 except maybe an average story and better graphics. As for a Shrek 5, I don't know. How many times can you open a story with "and they lived happily ever after" at the end and still make a good sequel? Then again, Hollywood seems to have run out of new ideas quite some time ago and just makes sequel after sequel, and remake after remake. Sadly, video games aren't faring much better these days. --------------------  |

Hrm... it looks rather... interesting. I don't believe I am going to see it in theaters (we hardly go to the movies nowadays anyway), but I might pick up the DVD when it comes out. I'm no big fan of Shrek, I still haven't seen the third one... but it looks OK. But if I do get the chance to see a movie soon, you can have no doubt it would be Iron Man 2.

im supposed to see it tommorow and ive seen the other 3 as well(techically 4, shrek 3D, came with shrek 1 and 2 set) i think it looks ok but i dont know if it will be the last. if 3 wasnt good in the box office than it probably will be the last. |

I might go see it with my friends in a few weeks. It looks pretty funny. I liked the 2nd one out of all of them though.

It was either going to be shrek or iron man 2. I chose iron man. Then, it was going to be shrek or mcgruber. I chose mcgruber. Shrek will probably be a rental for me.
