I have downloaded several games and the emulator posted in the site and i have followed instructions of sir DarkHyren to set the emulator but the game is not working i choose the 3 files (each) after you extracted the zip file and still after clicking the game its just pitch black. if anyone could help me or just give me tips that would be helpful thanks in Advance more power to this site

Hi What's the game you are trying to play?
Some of the games need repairing, so I'll need to check the game.

Sir suikoden 2 and vanguard bandits.

Ok, I had time to check Suikoden II and I found the game itself is stored in one of our old file types, ".img.ecm" instead of ".img"
The other game might have the same issue, just check it's extension.
I will get around to replacing these when able, but in the meantime you can follow this guide to make them work.

ECM is an added compression some games have.
You must decompress the ecm file to use it.
Get this tool: http://www.neillcorlett.com/downloads/ecm100.zip
Copy and paste the link to get the file as it can't be hotlinked.

Extract the tool to a folder. Drag the "gamename.img.ecm" file onto the "unecm.exe" executable and it will decompress into a .img file.
The new file will work in ePSXe. You can delete the "gamename.img.ecm" file now as you dont need it anymore.
Put the new .img file in the same folder with the other game files.

In other words, "gamename.img.ecm" refers to the file "Suikoden II [NTSC-U] [SLUS-00958].img.ecm"

KingNothing : Check out my second post, that has all the info needed to fix up the Suikoden files (or for that matter, any ecm files).
I havnt had time to check the other game "vanguard bandits", but I assume it's the same type of issue.
