On Holidays I could not sleep with the warmth at night. So I went roughly 2 weeks with no sleep. I did not even nap or nothing..

Two days give or take is the longest I have continually been awake. But that was part of a week where I didn't get more than four hours of sleep a day.

I've been getting much more sleep than usual over the past week, so I expect another marathon of wakefulness soon.

But the longest I've ever been without any sleep is 83 hours. I would not recommend it to anyone, it is not a pleasant experience.
