out of these five i would probably choose either Blue or Cynthia but im gonna vote for B lue.

I'm going with Blue. Great Pokemon like Alakazam are really fast and powerful. Blastoise is a great Pokemon too. I also think Blue has more diversity for his team and his Pokemon can learn really powerful attacks too.

I vote for Steven because the others can't handle the power of Skarmory and Metagross. He also has the most respect from me, because he was hard for me.

I think Blue would win. He does have a diversity of pokemon in his team. Alakazam is a powerful physic pokemon, with blowing attack and damaging Sp. attack. With Blastoise, a great massive pokemon, with high defense, that can learn dangerous water-type moves.

For 2nd, I choose Cynthia because Garchomp is one awesome pokemon. Togekiss also is cute, but deadly with is variety of moves, that it can learn.

Well, Blue has the advantage in my mind, because Blastoise and Alakazam are much better than the others!

Blue. Probably has something to do with me personally.

Or maybe it's the fact that there is considerably more diversity than the others.
Blastoise with it's huge SDef can withstand a lot while pumping out heavy damage.
Alakazam putting opponents to sleep and using Dream Eater or Recover to Heal and using Psychic to inflict heavy damage.

Blue. He should win because Garchomp is uber and thus can not be used in Cynthia's team, leaving her with only Togekiss (who, despite being pure awesomeness, can not stand up to Blastoise AND Alakazam). Actually, Cynthia's team is best stat-wise, but I like Blue because he was the hardest champion for me, and he reminds me of the days where graphics were terrible. Also, Blue would only have a Blastoise if I started out with Charmander (which I did, 9 out of 10 times). In the Special, Blue (who is actually English Green) has a Charizard but also and Alakazam while Green (English Blue) is a girl, but she has an Abra (never used) and a Blastoise, but no Alakazam. Very confusing translation stuff.
Back on topic... Blue still wins. He was the best champion because he was also my rival, and Alakazam before the Physical- Special split would have destroyed everything with the Elemental Punches, Recover, and Psychic coming from the highest Special Attack in the game.

I say blue, those pokemons are really, REALLY epic!

Blue, definitely. I'd never bet against an Alakazam (usually a Kadabra or Alakazam is my main Pokemon in any of the games I play), and Blastoise is extremely powerful as well. Psychic + Hydro Pump = Win. Haha

Lance, because on the show they are power full.
