Well I suppose it depends on what you find funny.
The SRPGs by NISA are humerous, so you could try Disgaea on PS2 for starters.
But if you want games in the RGR, well I'm not sure.

I can only think of three:

Monkey Island series - Just a funny story with some funny subplot and 4th dimension talk

Sam and Max series - part of a comic book adaptation and funny banter between the two main characters

Grim Fandango - The game has great graphics, some wonderful wordplay and an amazing storyline replete with loads of laughter.
