At first, when I read it, I thought you were saying you were 58 years old. I need new contacts.
I bet you could spar if you really tried. I was a bit chubby before I started fighting competitively, and very slow, but now I can be pretty fast when I'm sprinting and I can kick a lot faster than most people. It also helps on a fitness factor. You have no idea how much fun it is to run circles around all of the "jocks" at my school when they are panting and out of breath.

Let me rephrase that, I meant to say reaction time, not speed. If I try to land one, I can, but when someone does a fake out, it makes me a good target. Believe me, there are a lot of people who do the fake out on me.
