Can you guys see it, or is it just because I'm a low rank? Whenever I try to upload a picture, it says it's the wrong format, but it's png., 100 by 100 pixels, and under the max file size.

If I'm not mistaken the ability to upload a userpic/avatar is restricted to those who are regular members and above.

You are currently a "newbie" and so you aren't able to upload one.

As per your rank not showing up.... I think that is the a problem with that one picture and nothing you've done. I think once you get out of that first or second rank you're on the rest will show up.
