Make sure you have a crystal clear video game screen shot, right click the image you want to modify and hit "save image as..." and put it were ever you want in my pictures, documents, videos, whatever. Open the image with Microsoft Fax & Picture viewer and hit ctrl+E. It will open a paint doc with your screen shot on it. Enjoy!
