Hey im new and I had a question about the weapons and armor that can be bought. Is all the stuff just for show or can you actually use it somehow and battle others? Also I heard something about some kind of item called a laptop where you can play and watch retro games and videos for free, could you tell me about that.

Yeah, there's an item called 'laptop' in the accessory section. You can watch all the toons and play all the games for free if you own it. It's a bit pricey but its worth it.
