Hmm... hardly ever really, I don't have much use for them.
Mostly only if a site isn't working for me and http://downforeveryoneorjustme.com/ tells me it's up will I use a proxy to check.
But I don't like using proxy sites to log into places, I'm paranoid that they might be stealing my login info

The only time I ever used them was when I was in high school and everything was blocked. I printed out a list of about 30 different sites, because sometimes they would catch on and block one of them, and I still have it in my wallet.
