So the scene after the credits in iron man 2 showed that the thor movie is gonna be next (i got so excited seeing that scene). What are you looking forward to seeing in the Thor movie and how excited were you when you saw that scene.

I think the Thor movie will be ok, though I wonder how different it will be from the original comics.
I mean Mjöllnir at rest as a hammer is something different to the original right there.
Sure, it means that people will know what the reference is, but it's a very blunt reference.

I'm semi excited for the Thor movie but it just seems they are making the movies for lesser known marvel characters for the new Avengers movie comming out in 2012.

Yeah - I'm not as excited for the Thor movies but I do like how they are planning to release a series of movies across the next couple of years leading up to the Avengers movie in 2012.

They have Thor and apparently Captain America coming out in 2011 and then Nick Fury coming out in 2012 before the avengers movie.

I think the avengers movie is going to be the one to get excited about as it has a super all-star type cast and there are a lot of characters from marvel slated to be part of the avengers team (close to the original comic book cast)

Thor is played by the guy who was Captain Kirk's father in the latest Star Trek (he died in the first 5mins - Chris Hemsworth

Iron Man - Robert Downey Jr.

Captain America is played by the guy who was the Human Torch in Fantastic Four - Chris Evans

Potentially having the Hulk - played by Edward Norton (as bruce banner form)

And of course Nick Fury is played by Samuel L. Jackson

How can that movie not be awesome???
