Hrm. I would say that Mario 64 is the best, just for its breakthough gameplay and presentation. I have not played many N64 games, but I can suppose that for superman's HORRIBLE score and review that it is a piece of electronic garbage. =P

Worst I've played is Batman Beyond: Return of the Joker. You had like two moves you could use that dealt very little damage, but you took massive amounts of damage from your enemies. It didn't help that health packs were rarely seen. I've avoided Superman due to the sheer awfulness portrayed by reviewers.
